Social media has become an integral part of our lives, especially in a time of post-pandemic. While we often find information and support from these platforms, such socialisations are vulnerable to hostile social interactions such as online trolling.

This webinar will share research findings from our School of Business to understand the intention to participate in collective trolling and explore timely measures for social media platform owners to combat collective trolling.
